Ms. Denny is the founder and CEO of EMCS-LLC, a veteran-owned business committed to excellence in organizational leadership and strategic operations. A service-disabled U.S. Army veteran, Charlotte brings over three decades of experience in personnel management, administrative support, and intelligence analysis. Her military service as a Personnel Management Specialist laid the foundation for a career focused on workforce development, operational efficiency, and mission success.
